Low Carb Low Fat No Fillers

You only need a handful of ingredients: 1 pound lean ground turkey 1 egg 1½ Tbsp Worcestershire Sauce Seasonings of Choice

I used: Fine Grind Sea Salt Onion Powder Garlic Powder Basil Italian Seasoning Parsley

Mix up all the ingredients. Scoop the turkey mixture into meatballs and add to basket of air fryer.

Put the meatballs in a preheated air fryer in a single layer. Air Fry at 360°F/180°C for 5-7 minutes. Remove when the internal temp is 165°F/74°C
