Add all of the ingredients to a mixing bowl and mix well. Form the salmon cakes and put them on a plate or tray lined with parchment paper.
Refrigerate the salmon cakes for 30 minutes.
When the salmon patties have been in the fridge for 20 minutes, begin preheating the Ninja Foodi. Make sure that the basket or your sear n sizzle grate is in the inner pot during the preheat time. Preheat on broil for a full 10 minutes. This prevents the salmon patties from sticking.
Spritz the basket or sear 'n sizzle grate with oil, place the salmon patties on the surface and broil for 5 minutes. Flip and broil another 2-3 minutes. Serve & Enjoy!
*Broil is the same as Grill on the UK Ninja Foodi models.**If you don't have broil, use the hottest AC or bake/roast setting.NOTE: I really recommend using the very center stalk from the celery with the leaves for the best texture and look. NOTE: The first 3 times I tested this recipe, I used ½ teaspoon of sea salt and that was perfect. However, the last time I made them, I thought they were too salty. This could be because of my own diet change and I'm picking up on the salt or perhaps I had a heavy hand the 4th time. I'm not sure, but I would go with ¼ teaspoon of salt the next time I make them.
