Season the filet with salt and pepper or with your favorite seasoning and set aside. Poke several holes in the potatoes, rub with oil and coat in coarse sea salt if desired. Dry and season the scallops and place them in the refrigerator until you are ready to cook them.
Place the potatoes on the grill grate of the Ninja Foodi Grill. Set the function to air crisp on 425°F/220℃ for 30 minutes. No need to preheat. To bypass the preheat function on the XL grill hit the preheat button and it will tell you to add food. Open and close the lid and it will start the countdown.
When the 30 minutes is up, place your frozen broccoli into a 6" pan with about ¼ cup of water and cover with foil or another cover that will stay in place during cooking. Place the pan on the grill with the potatoes and Air Fry for 5 minutes at 425℉/220℃. Remove the pan of broccoli and keep covered so the steam continues to cook the broccoli while it sits.
Leave the potatoes in the grill and place the filets on the grill grate. Press down on the tops so they get a good sear. Switch to the Max Grill setting and grill the steaks for 6 minutes. Flip and grill another 4-6 minutes or until the internal temperature has reached 5-10° BELOW your desired level of doneness. Remove the steaks and let them sit. For 1½" steaks and a perfect medium rare, the total cook time was 12 minutes.
Remove the potatoes and immediately cut a slit in the top to release the steam. This will help keep the skin crunchy. If you prefer a softer skin, leave them alone until you are ready to serve them.
Pour the water out of the broccoli and add some butter and salt and pepper if desired. Place the scallops on the grill grate and put the pan of broccoli back into the grill. Grill on Max Grill for 2 minutes, flip the scallops and grill another 1-2 minutes or until they are translucent in color.
Add the toppings you want to your potatoes, serve everything & Enjoy!
