Thomas' English Muffins
Instructions
Remove any shells from crab meat, store in fridge until ready to use
Split English muffins with fork or by hand and place each half on a baking tray.
In a large mixing bowl, combine all ingredients except the crab meat and beat with a hand mixer until combined
Fold crab meat into cheese mixture and spread about 2-3 Tablespoons onto each half of an English muffin.
Place tray in freezer for 1-2 hours or until completely frozen.
Cut each English muffin into quarters and place into freezer bag until ready to use.
Baking Instructions
Preheat oven to 425 degrees Fahrenheit
Place canapes on a baking tray and bake on 425 degrees for about 20 minutes or until they are golden brown.
