Homemade Bloody Mary MIx
Make your own delicious Bloody Mary Mix from fresh Veggies!
Chop up the tomatoes into about 1-2" pieces. Chop the celery into 1" pieces. Cut the carrot (you don't have to peel it) into 1" chunks. Slice the cucumber into 1" slices and add all the vegetables to the blender in the order they are listed in the ingredients.
Add 2 cups of water and pulse 2-3 times to break up the tomatoes.
Add the vegetable base and the remaining ingredients. Select the smooth soup option.
When the cycle is complete. Select the extract button for a smoother bloody mary mix. You can run this function 1-2 times.
Pour into a pitcher and chill. Then pour into a glass with or without vodka and enjoy!
