Green Juice

Deliciously simple green juice recipe that everyone will love!

Equipment

  • Ninja Foodi Cold and Hot Blender

Ingredients

  • 2 cups Coconut Water with pulp - I used Goya brand
  • 2 stalks celery
  • 2 kiwi
  • 1 Granny Smith apple
  • 1 inch ginger
  • 2 cups spinach

Instructions

  • Core and quarter the apple and add to the blender. Cut the ends off of the kiwis and peel the outer skin. Add them to the blender whole.
  • Add in 2 celery stalks, inner part with leaves preferred, 2 cups spinach and the coconut water with pulp. Peel a 1" piece of ginger and add to the blender.
  • Put the lid on the blender and select the extract function. Serve & Enjoy!
