Alabama White BBQ Sauce

Easy BBQ sauce that only takes minutes to make and is great on chicken and roast beef sandwiches!

Ingredients

  • 1 cup mayonnaise
  • ΒΌ cup apple cider vinegar
  • 3 Tablespoons white granulated sugar
  • 1 Tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1 Tablespoon prepared horseradish (not creamy horseradish)
  • 1 teaspoon dried parsley or 1 Tablespoon fresh parsley
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon ground chipotle powder

Instructions

  • Combine all ingredient into a 4-cup measuring bowl and whisk until combined. The sauce can be served right away or refrigerated until use. It will thicken some in the refrigerator.
  • Use as a topping for pulled chicken or beef sandwiches, as a dipping sauce, or as a salad dressing!
