Add 1 teaspoon of olive oil to the Ninja Foodi Hot Cold Blender. Add ¼ of the onion and 2 garlic cloves. Pulse 3 times. Turn the heating mode on high and cook for 2 minutes.
Add the remaining ingredients. Pulse 3-5 times. Cook on high for 4 minutes. Pulse 3-5 times. Cook and additional 2 minutes. Give one more pulse for a few seconds.
Storing Homemade BBQ SaucePlace the BBQ sauce into jars or other glass containers and store, covered, in the fridge until ready to use. The BBQ sauce will stay good in the fridge for at least 2 weeks. Freezing Homemade BBQ SaucePlace BBQ sauce into glass containers and allow to cool completely. Freeze up to 6 months. Make sure to leave about ¼" of space at the top of the jar for expansion.
