Make up one batch of meatballs, about 15-20 (2") meatballs. You can use your own recipe or use my homemade meatball recipe (see recipe notes for ingredients) You can also use already cooked and frozen meatballs or store-bought uncooked meatballs.
1 recipe homemade meatballs
Pour the beef broth into the Combi pan and crisscross the noodles. They will be mostly submerged in the broth.
3 cups beef broth, 8 ounces spaghetti noodles
Pour the fire roasted or diced tomatoes over top, using the juice from the can.Try to keep the tomatoes on top of the noodles. Sprinkle the seasoning blend evenly over the top of the noodles and tomatoes.
14.5 ounces fire roasted tomatoes, 1 Tablespoon granulated sugar, 2 teaspoons Italian seasoning, 2 teaspoons dried basil, 1½ teaspoons kosher or fine grind sea salt, 1 teaspoon garlic powder, 1 teaspoon onion powder, ½ teaspoon black pepper, ¼ teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes
Pour the crushed tomatoes on top and then place the tomato paste on top of that. Do not stir!
Place the meatballs on a rack that will rest on top of the Combi pan OR cover the Combi pan with foil and poke holes in it to allow steam to escape and the juices from the meatballs to flavor the spaghetti.
Place the pan of spaghetti with the meatballs on top into the lower level of the Ninja Combi. Flip the lever on the top to the up position for Combi Cooking. Select Combi meals and set the temperature to 375℉/190℃ and the time for 12 minutes. Press Start.
When the time is up, open the door and remove the Combi Pan. Set the rack with the meatballs aside and use tongs to toss the spaghetti noodles in the sauce. Add the meatballs and toss again. Place the pan of spaghetti back into the Ninja Combi on the lower level.
Place the garlic bread on the black baking pan that comes with the NInja Combi and put the pan on the upper level. Flip the top lever to the down position and select the air fry setting. Set the temperature to 375℉/190℃ and the time for 8 minutes. Check on the bread after 4-5 minutes. It is usually done within 5 minutes, but can vary based on how toasted you like it or if it is frozen. Remove the pan with the garlic bread and set it to the side.
Remove the Combi pan and give everything a good stir. Serve & Enjoy!
