I will forever wonder why this is the first time I've made Homemade Peanut Sauce! Once you make it, you will want to put it on everything! It is so yummy!
This seriously could be my most favorite sauce that I have ever made and I've made a lot of them! In fact I usually make my own sauces, especially BBQ sauces, but, for some reason, I never thought about making a Homemade Peanut Sauce.
Why? That is a good question. I think I was under the impression that it was hard to make or required a bunch of weird ingredients. I was completely wrong!

Homemade Peanut Sauce is so easy to make and you can get all the ingredients you need at most local grocery stores. Amazing! I feel like my life has been forever changed and I can't wait to create new and delicious recipes that use this Homemade Peanut Sauce!
How do I use Homemade Peanut Sauce?
Personally, I could spoon it into my mouth like soup! Okay, maybe just one or two spoonfuls, but it is good and just might become the base for a soup recipe. This Homemade Peanut Sauce will go great with so many types of Asian dishes, but the first one that comes to mind is the one I created this sauce for.
That is my Asian Steak Stir Fry 360 Meal that I created for the Ninja Foodi Pressure Cooker & Air Crisper. In case you are not familiar with the Ninja Foodi PC & AC, let me just say it is, by far, my FAVORITE kitchen appliance EVER! The thing is amazing. Really amazing and you don't have to take my word for it, just join our Facebook Group, Ninja Foodi 101 and you can see what all the fuss is about. The Ninja Foodi PC & AC is transforming peoples lives by inspiring them to create fantastic meals at home.
You can also use the Homemade Peanut Sauce on spring rolls or chicken satay. Or, just as a little flavor boost on rice! It will also be great over any kind of stir fry meal.
I know there are many other uses for it and my mind is drawing a blank because I seriously just want to spoon it into my mouth right now! Mine is all gone, though. It's sad, very sad. Jeff took the rest to work with him and I'm missing my friend, the peanut sauce, something terribly. Good news is I can whip up a batch in about 10 minutes! So can you, and here is how to do it!
How to Make Homemade Peanut Sauce in the Ninja Foodi Cold & Hot Blender
I used the (affiliate link)Ninja Foodi Cold & Hot Blender because I love being able to heat the sauce and blend all in the same appliance. If you aren't familiar with the Cold & Hot Blender it is a high speed blender that not only blends up anything and everything without a hitch, it also cooks!
I know, it's crazy. A blender that cooks! I have made so many things in the blender, like this 10-Minute BBQ sauce or my favorite Blueberry BBQ Sauce and even a Chicken Tortilla Soup!
Using the Ninja Foodi Cold & Hot Blender, simply add the ingredients in the order they are listed in the recipe.
Select the cook mode on medium and let the ingredients heat up for 5 minutes. Then cancel the cook cycle by pressing the cook button and select the smoothie function. Allow the smoothie function to complete its cycle and you are done! Seriously, you are done!
Now, if you aren't serving the Homemade Peanut Sauce right away, you can keep it warm by selecting the cook function on low. When you are ready to serve it, just pour over your dish or into a bowl with a spoon for serving.
If you have the Ninja Foodi Cold & Hot Blender you will be blow away by how easy this Homemade Peanut Sauce is to make, but if you don't, no worries, I will tell you how to make it in a regular blender or food processor in the next section.
How to Make Homemade Peanut Sauce with a Foodi Processor or a regular blender.
Add the ingredients in the order they are listed and either select a high blend speed on your blender or the high setting on your food processor. Blend until the sauce is creamy and smooth. You shouldn't have any pieces of garlic left.
If your blender or food processor isn't very high powered, I would mince the garlic first.
After your sauce is smooth, transfer to a small saucepan and warm on low. You don't want to boil the sauce, just a low simmer until it is warm.
Can I double this Recipe?
Yes, absolutely! In fact, I encourage you to so you don't waste the second half of the coconut milk. To double the recipe, just double all the ingredients and blend as instructed.
You can even freeze any leftover Homemade Peanut Sauce! I'll bet there won't be any, though!

My husband has a coconut allergy. Is there any substitution I can make for the coconut milk?
Louise
That's a good question and I'm not sure how it would taste without the coconut milk, but you could try using regular dairy cream or half and half. Evaporated milk might work as well, but only use what you need to get the right consistency.

What ninja foodie would you buy if your where one for large family In 2021
Louise
That all depends on what types of foods your family likes to eat. I think the most versatile Foodi is the Ninja Foodi pressure cooker and air crisper.

So I'm allergic to peanuts and especially peanut butter. How can I make this sauce using cashews? Obviously, I would have to make some knd of cashew butter.
Louise
I would do it the exact same way and just substitute cashew butter instead. I think making cashew butter is pretty easy, but I haven't done it. Since commercial peanut butter usually has added sugar, salt, and things like that, you may need to adjust the salt and sugar to taste after blending everything up.
